problem compiling gtkhtml

"control-center" is a separate and distinct package from
"control-center-devel".  "control-center" has only what is needed to run
the control center.  "control-center-devel" has those libraries needed
in order to compile applications that need "control-center"
functionality.  Thus, to compile gtkhtml, you need
"control-center-devel", as I mentioned below.  In general on RedHat
systems, you always have a "package" and a "package-devel".  If you want
to compile stuff that interfaces with "package", you have to install the
"package-devel".  It's pretty nice, really--if you're not compiling
stuff, why install the develpment packages?
