failed dependencies? where to get the various libraries?

Hi,

I am using RH7.2 and downloaded gnucash-1.6.2-1.i386.rpm.

While trying to install the package :
eg. rpm -Uvh gnucash-1.6.2-1.rpm, I encounter the following messages:

Where can I get the various files/libraries and how do I go about 
installing them.

My apologies if this is something straight forward as I am new to all these.
