Problem with generating reports

Maybe we should find some way of making this 'more obvious'?  I can
say that even when I run a report, I stop and scratch my head and think
"gee, how do I change the report ... oh yeah, click on the button bar,
lesse, which button is it ... I think its 'options' not sure ...".
For such an important feature, it doesn't pop out at you ....

Any ideas?
