The Suse rpm has the binary installed in /opt/gnome/bin/gnucash. What do you
get with 'ldd /opt/gnome/bin/gnucash', i.e. does it find all its libraries?
Also, you mentioned you different installations before, so maybe there are
old files from gnucash hanging around somewhere else? Check the file list of
the rpm package 'rpm -ql gnucash' and check whether the /opt/gnome/lib/* and
/opt/gnome/share/gnucash/* and /opt/gnome/share/guile/* files are still
existing in another location. If they do, you better delete them. For
example, /opt/gnome/share/gnucash/scm/path.scm might still reside in
/usr/local/share/... etc etc.
