This isn't quite right. There were 592.11 in new charges and
they had received one payment of 475.20. The -475.20 was the
balence owed the previous month. I've noticed that typically the
difference is twice the difference between the payments and the
new charges, but I can't figure out where it's comming from.

Previous balence 475.20
payments 475.20
purchases/cash/debits 592.11
new balence 592.11
I just noticed something that seems very strange to me. As
soon as the Reconcile Dialog comes up, the Reconciled Balence
entry contains the Starting Balence. This seems wrong to me.
Is it??
