Sorry to take so long to respond; am very busy.

Best thing to do would be to subscribe to the gnucash-user mailing list,
and pose your question there.

Did you try the "export" menu in quicken?  Traditionally, it offered=20
QIF as an export option.

I am only guessing, but I am guessing that one of the options is to
export to an OFX-style format.  The current version of gnucash doesn't
yet support this, but the next version (currently, in beta test) does.
