First of all, Thanks Doug and Matthew for your ideas.

Doug, your suggestion is easy but I won't do it because it is to much
constraint. My finance manager must be adaptable to my way of life 
because I won't live the way my finance manager works :-)

Matthew, your suggestion works well. That's what i was using with my old
finance manager, but i think that with Gnucash and its sub-accounts i
could do something better.
