Recording foreign transactions

Never mind, the account type was supposed to be Currency, not Cash.

I have a suggestion - the section of the new account window where the account 
types and parent accounts site side-by-side is too short.  I have dozens of 
accounts and it is difficult to manipulate the scroll bars to find the items I want.

I'll try to spend more time figuring it out before I ask any more dumb questions.
