There are a number of non-subscribers who try to post to the list,
and thier posts get held up.  I'd like to see thier posts go through.

The "problem" is that an admin (me, chris lyttle) needs to review
the list daily, and allow the valid posts.  I, at least, do not
review the list daily (or even weekly).  Changing it would pass
through valid messages at the cost of passing spam as well.  This
change really does require everyone to have good spam filters,=20
otherwise it becomes unusable.
