exporting GnuCash

Well, no and yes.  No, you do not "export accounts from 1.6 to 1.8" --
you just run gnucash 1.8 and it will happily read your gnucash-1.6
datafile and use it.  Yes, new qif files will still be imported
improperly into 1.8.1, but the data you imported in 1.6 will still be
fine.
