Exporting transaction data from QuickBooks to GnuCash

Nope.  A number of people have asked, but Gnucash doesn't import it.
The IIF format isn't well documented, and frankly I don't need it
myself and don't have the time to really work on it (at least not
while I've got real, paid work to work on ;).

Not personally, but I cannot answer for other people.
