Home purchase costs, expenses

I'm purchasing a second home. It will be in a different state than where
I currently live. I expect to have the typical costs associated with
purchasing, such as closing costs and associated fees. I also will incur
expenses in getting to and from the new home, food, lodging, etc.

What would be a logical account setup to encompass everything associated
with this acquisition?
