You know how we have xea's for initial account setup?  Maybe its
time we got an equivalent for taxes.   However, because there
are far, far more taxes, and these change year to year, it would
be a maintanance nightmare unless we found some way to auto-post to web,
autoupdate from web.   a druid that went to the website to get today's
list ... and a wiki-like place for users to post new tax tables ...
