Well, I'm using the version that shipped with Red Hat 9.  Neither locate
nor which nor where nor whereis could find it.  Also, the second hit on
google for dump-finance-quote said that it was dropped from the build,
but I guess looking back on it, it didn't seem to be from a definitive
source.
