Ok, I'll show my ignorance -- what is a "phrase wheel"?  What does
it look like, and how does it work?

Also, note that in a SQL-based system the list of Customers and
Vendors are not pre-loaded like the Account tree.  I suppose we can
change this behavior, but my expectation was that they would not get
cached at boot time.
