OFX import - Can this be a standard Compile for the RH8 rpm

The 1.8.0 RPM distributed by GnuCash does have OFX turned on by
default -- you just need to install the gnucash-ofx package (and it's
dependency, libofx).  I have no idea if Red Hat will do this, too, but
hopefully they will.
