update-finance-quote problem

Thanks for your help with my update problem. I reinstalled perl-CPAN and 
then update-finance-quote ran. But now when I check for stock prices I 
get an error message: "unable to retrieve quotes for these items" which 
is all the stocks I have entered in gnucash. I have checked all the 
settings in the commodity editor and price editor and think they are all 
correct. Do you have any ideas on what might be wrong?

looks like you don't have CPAN set up problem for your
environment.
