update-finance-quote problem

Oh, I can tell you what happened here -- "d-f-c" was adding an RPM
dependency on F::Q, so it was removed from 1.8.1 so we didn't add the
dependency.  If you can figure out how to fix d-f-c so that it wont
pull in an F::Q dependency in the RPM then i'm sure Wilddev will
re-add it to the release.
