update-finance-quote problem

The dump-finance-quote utility is totally independent of gnucash.  It
simply invokes F::Q and dumps the data to the screen.

There's nothing to install; its a self contained perl script.  Save the
file anywhere and then execute it with the command 'perl
dump-finance-quote'.
