Installing documentation

You need to give us some more information. What OS/distro/etc are you
compiling them on? Are you certain that you have the requirements to
compile the docs as stated in the README? What location is gnucash
itself installed to? Did the docs ever work before either in the 1.7.x
series or on 1.8.0? Basically the more info you can give us about your
environment and the problem you are seeing the easier it is for us to
tell you how to fix it!
