FreeBSD-5.0.

Yes.

What part of it specifically? Okay, it is based in /usr/X11R6,
with subdirectories in /usr/X11R6/{include,lib,libexec}/gnucash,
/usr/X11R6/share/gnome/gnucash/{accounts,doc,glade,guile-modules,scm}.
There are also some library files in /usr/X11R6/lib.

Never tried the 1.7.x series.

I did not install the docs for this so I do not know if it would have
worked but I would guess not.
