Installing documentation

Well, it would seem to make sense to change GnuCash to have GNC_HELPDIR
point to ${PREFIX}/share/gnome/help/gnucash.

According to the README for gnucash-docs, I should be able to see the
documentation in yelp because I have GNOME 2.  I still do not see the
gnucash documentation in yelp.  Maybe I do not understand things fully
(well, I know I do not) but would I need an omf file for that to work?
