Installing documentation [Final Chapter]

Just to bring this to completion.

I made up a FreeBSD port of gnucash-docs and submitted it along with the
necessary patch for the FreeBSD gnucash port.  They have been committed
to the FreeBSD ports system so gnucash-1.8.1/gnucash-docs-1.8.0 should
work properly on FreeBSD systems now.

Thanks to those who helped me sort this out.
