Unfortunately no, at this point there is no way to write reports in C.
The whole report infrastructure is written in scheme.. 

You _MIGHT_ be able to write the report in C, wrap it using g-wrap, and
provide a simple "generic scheme wrapper" around the g-wrapped code...
But in the end you're still writing a lot of scheme ;)
