Ok, I've had a nap and I'm not so cranky now. I am really hoping I can get
this thing to work. I am using gnome-core-1.4.0.4 with my slackware 8.0
install. When I type 'gnucash' I get:

knobby at housebox:/$ gnucash
ERROR: In procedure dynamic-link:
ERROR: file: "libgw-gnc", message: "/usr/lib/libguile.so.9: undefined symbol:
qt_error"

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
