I launch GnuCash two or three times a month, run it twenty or thirty minutes
at a time, and delete backups once a month (because it's easy to type a wild
card pattern for a month's worth of backup file names). With this scheme,
I'd end up with 10-15 backup files, at about 1.6MB each -- a bit excessive, I
think.
