Chris,

Please read the mail list archive from earlier this month... There was a
lengthy discussion about this very topic, which I cannot summarize
adequately. 

...But the a quick answer is "no", gnucash with OFX support will not
retrieve the file and import it automatically. There is some work around
this, but from what I remember of the discussion, there are many
challenges to implementing this feature, if implementation is possible.
