Docs were split out into a separate rpm.  Go to
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=3D192&release_id=3D13=
5090
and scroll down to the bottom half of the page.  Grab one of the files
named gnucash-docs-1.7.7-xxx.i386.rpm.
