I don't know how well stuff packaged for redhat runs on suse, but you
could try http://www.gnucash.org/pub/g-wrap/redhat-8.x/RPMS if you have
guile 1.4, or http://www.gnucash.org/pub/g-wrap/redhat-7.x/RPMS if you
have guile 1.3.4.

Source is several places including
http://www.gnucash.org/pub/g-wrap/source/g-wrap-1.3.4.tar.gz.
