Entering transaction with VAT split based on accounts

Hi all,

I am wondering if the following is possible: I would like to have GNU-CASH
split or offer to split all transactions for VAT that are entered into
certain accounts. I  figured out that I can have a TAX table connected to
each vendor but I have my accounts organized in such a way that all
transaction for a certain account must always have VAT included.
