Scheduled Transaction Editor and Cash Flow Report

This has been "fixed" in CVS.  The real "bug" is that people don't
understand how the Cash Flow report works.  You really just want to
select your asset accounts, and the cash flow report will show you all
transactions that flow into or out of your selected list of assets.
The report does not show transactions between selected accounts.

So, If you select both your checking and liability accounts then it
wont show any transactions between these two accounts.

CVS has been fixed to only select asset-type accounts by default.
