Business and personal accounts

I would like to keep track of business and personal accounts in the same file.
Now there have been a few articles on running several businesses in one file
but they do not appear to address one issue.

When I take money out of my business (as my pay) that transaction will
presumably show up in the business accounts as
   * a transfer from some business account to a business expense account
and on the personal side as
   * a transfer from a personal income account to a personal checking account.

Is there any way of indicating that these two transfers are somehow the same,
and that the business expense account involved is in some sense the same as
the personal income account?
