more compile problems (Berkeley db)

Yea, it's never looking in your (non-standard) directory. Set CPPFLAGS
and LDFLAGS variables (before you run configure) so the configure script
finds your local BDB install:
env CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.1 LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.1 \
bash ./configure ...
