Filed with gnucash as:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=116488
Filed with gnome-print as:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=116485
I think I accidently entered it twice by hitting the back button on my
web browser so 116486 is a duplicate.
Only gtkhtml2 is listed in bugzilla so I did not file a bug report
with it since gnucash uses gtkhtml 1.x.
