Gnucash Help: URL not found

Yes, the gnucash-docs package is distributed separately from gnucash.

Nope.  This will only build the developer documentation.  The user
docs are distributed in a separate package.

There is a separate gnucash-docs package, but I believe there is only
a 1.8.0 release.

As I said before, you have to install the gnucash-docs package....
