Last I heard someone had gotten it to build, but it wouldn't run.  I
dont know anything more than that.  I don't have a windows development
environment.  As I recall, there was a problem with some circular
dependencies in a couple of libraries that needed to be fixed to get
it to build.

I don't recall who was working on it -- hopefully they will answer.
