Stock Basis and Capital Gains from sale

The section on commodity (1.6) would have explained a lot to me a week
or so back when I was trying to set up some mutual fund accounts. Derek
came to my rescue. I was trying to figure out how to actually set up a
commodity. Seems like much of the 1.6 documentation may still be
accurate. FWIW, Bill
