Gnucash account tree

Well, this is referring to something different.  "Open Subaccounts" 
means to show all the transactions of subaccounts under the currently 
highlighted one in a single register window.

I think Kofi just wants to see the account tree expanded in the main 
window.  To be able to see all the subaccounts, not all the 
transactions.  (and I have no idea if GC can do what he wants, but it 
would be nice if it could)

Should be under the "File" menu item.

My 1.8.1 version (that comes with rh9) has the Open Subaccounts option 
under "File".

Note: to use the Open Subaccounts option, you need to select an account 
first to use it, otherwise it is greyed-out and unclickable.
