Reports

I'm interested in using the Income & Expense -> Cash Flow report, but it
appears to report only for one account (in my case, the chequing
account). Is there any way to make it look at all of my accounts at
once? I need an overview which would include at least three accounts in
the "Money In" and "Money Out" reports.

How hard is it to modify reports?
