Switching "to" Quicken?

Well, the data is in XML format.  You could probably write an XSLT
to convert to QIF, but no, GnuCash does not have the ability to
export to QIF natively.

Clearly we need some developers to finish the "GnuCash on Windows"
port.

Unfortunately I don't have a good suggestion for you. :(
