Switching "to" Quicken?

I fixed a friend up with GnuCash about a year ago, and now to my chagrin
she wants to consolidate everything onto her Windows laptop. OK, what
can you do. Question is, under these unfavorable circumstances, what's
the next best thing to GnuCash? Quicken? Can GnuCash data be exported to
Quicken or any other app?
