Double Total columns in accounts view

Yep, go to 'options' and turn off the 'Total in Report Currency'
column.

Admittedly this should probably be turned off by default (or perhaps
should only display something if the report current != the account
commodity).

If there are other features missing that you'd like to see, please
file an RFE (Request for Enhancement) at bugzilla.gnome.org so we
can keep track of the requests.  Just verify that the request hasn't
already been made! :)
