RH9 rpms for 1.8.3?

Has anyone made a RH9 version of 1.8.3 (w/ ofx) available?  If not, does anyone
plan to do so?

Note: While RH9 rpms have been said to be made available at
http://people.redhat.com/notting/gnucash/, that URL has yielded only an error
for over a week, so I don't think it counts.

I look forward to 1.8.3.  Many thanks to all of the developers for their hard
work on this, and all previous, releases, and for the ever-present spirit of
helpfulness in the face of endless questions.
