ISO4217:USD failure

Hello,

has anyone else experienced problems getting currency conversion information 
using 1.8.1?  I can´t seem to get it up and running.  All of my other stocks 
are retrieved properly.  I am trying to convert from USD to CAD dollars and 
when I Get Quote I get a failure.  Any chance someone has solved this 
problem?
