QIF import amounts are all $0 (well, almost all)

Sorry, this is a bug which has since been fixed.  We plan to release a
1.8.4 next weekend.  In the meantime, you can apply a simple fix to
qif-file.scm.  Near the top of the file, change:
        \.\.\.
to
        \\.\\.\\.
