Stock sale/balance sheet

Gnucash doesn't really handle this well, yet. :( It's being worked on.
At the moment, all you can really do is (try) to enter a balancing
split to pull out the cap gains (or losses) from the Mutual Fund
account.

Code to automate this is being worked on...
