portfolio and price-diagram reports

This is a different problem, and I've already fixed this in CVS (both
HEAD and 1.8 branches).  This will be fixed in 1.8.4.  The problem is
that it doesn't like the case where there are no transactions in an
account.  The patch is a bit bigger than for the other report.

In the meantime, I think you can fix this by selecting the option to
ignore empty accounts.
