The QIF importer does not handle "memorized transactions", so that's
not an issue.

Nope.  If all you did was "Import to QIF" and then "Save to Postgres"
it should work just fine.

Sorry it isn't working.  Have you tried with an empty database?  If
the tables already exist then it might have problems.
