number of lines displayed in register

It's there.  I think it's now on the "Advanced" page, which you need
to enable from the "General" page (and then click Apply).

"Online Bill Payer"?

You can specify the number of days ahead in the Scheduled Transaction
system, but I'm not sure what Online Bill Payer you mean.
