This is something that came in with gtk2.x.  I don't know why the
gtkhtml-1.1. package uses it, but it does.  The gtkhtml-1.0 package uses
the older system that you see.  (Gnucash will use either gtkhtml 1.0 or
1.1.)

That would be the missing file.
